All product descriptions and photos are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final product due to the handmade nature of items.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT (PDV) in accordance with Croatian law.
Shipping costs or additional fees (if applicable) are clearly indicated before the order is finalized.
Payments can be made via methods listed at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase.
A sales contract is considered concluded when you receive an order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in case of product unavailability, technical errors, or payment issues.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination.
You will be informed about the estimated delivery date during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. courier services).
7. Returns and Refunds
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22) and Directive (EU) 2011/83.
To exercise this right, you must send a written notice or use our withdrawal form.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

- Digital downloads once accessed

8. Complaints and Liability
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@pseto.club.
All complaints will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Obligations Act (Zakon o obveznim odnosima).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
9. Service Cancellations (Training & Care)
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled training or service.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charge of the service fee.
