Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days in accordance with Croatian and EU consumer protection regulations.
If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange, unless the item is defective or not as described.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods are excluded from return under EU law, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable goods (such as food, treats, or other consumables)
- Intimate or hygiene-related items
- Digital products once downloaded or accessed
- Gift cards and vouchers
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
If the product is damaged, used, or incomplete, a partial refund may be granted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card provider — processing times may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Your Right to Withdraw
Under EU and Croatian law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
